Upon full payment of all agreed project fees, the client shall own the website content, text, images, branding materials, and website-specific files created for the project, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Upon request and after full payment, the client may receive a copy of the website files, project assets, and database associated with their website.
Any internal tools, reusable frameworks, deployment systems, automation scripts, templates, proprietary modules, or resources used across multiple client projects remain the property of ZROWEB Digital Services unless specifically included in the agreement.
Hosting services are provided as a managed service unless otherwise specified in writing.
The client is entitled to the hosting service purchased for their website. Hosting infrastructure, server administration, hosting control panels, reseller accounts, and server-level resources remain under the management and ownership of ZROWEB Digital Services or its hosting providers.
For security, privacy, and operational reasons, access to hosting environments containing other client websites or data cannot be provided.
The client may request migration of their website to another hosting provider at any time. Upon such request, website files, databases, and reasonable migration assistance may be provided.
Additional migration charges may apply depending on the complexity of the project.
Where a domain name is registered in the client's name, ownership remains with the client.
Where a domain name is registered and managed by ZROWEB Digital Services on behalf of the client, transfer procedures and applicable fees may apply.
ZROWEB Digital Services is committed to protecting client data and maintaining the confidentiality of all hosted environments.
Access that could expose the data, systems, or websites of other clients will not be granted under any circumstances.
Either party may terminate hosting or maintenance services with reasonable notice.
Upon termination, the client may request a copy of their website files and database for migration purposes.
ZROWEB Digital Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from hosting outages, third-party service failures, domain registrar issues, cyberattacks, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
By purchasing any website development, hosting, maintenance, or related service, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms of Service.
